Premier Plan Mandatory Coverage Rates, Term Dates, and Open Enrollment Dates

Eligible students are mandated coverage only once per academic year. Approximately 12,000 students are eligible in the Fall semester and an additional 1,000 students become eligible for the first time during the Academic Year in the Spring Semester. The premium rates - that include a $77 administrative fee, Terms of Coverage dates, and the Open Enrollment dates are below. Prorated refunds are not granted.

Fall 2012-2013 Annual Plan Year

Term of Coverage: 8/15/2012 - 8/14/2013
Open Enrollment: 2nd week in July - September 15, 2012

Spring 2012-2013 Term

Term of Coverage: 1/1/2013 - 8/14/2013
Open Enrollment: 2nd week in December 2012 – January 31, 2013

• $5,945 per student and family
