All Constitutions should include a section on budgeting and finance. It is important that your club follows the Constitutionally mandated procedure. Step 2: Submit a draft of the budget to the Chair of the GSO Budget Committee. The Budget Committee is chaired by the Treasurer of the GSO. The Budget Committee will review the Budget for major stylistic and procedural errors, and will offer substantive suggestions when warranted. Some back and forth with the Committee should be expected. When the Committee believes the Budget is ready to be reviewed by the entire GSO assembly, the Chair will recommend to the President that the matter be considered at the next meeting. a blank funding request form (PDF or Word) Step 3: Attend the GSO meeting where the Budget is discussed.
