Text Box: So maybe you’ve danced or staffed before, and this year you want to get even more involved. There’s a lot to be done before the big event in the spring. Hoyathon welcomes everyone who would like to participate in planning Hoyathon. Specific tasks may include but are not limited to: Hanging flyers around campus Designing posters and other promotional material Planning an hour of the night (theme, music, contests, prizes, materials) Tabling in Red Square and recruiting more staff and dancers Visiting local businesses and receiving contributions Requesting donations for food and other materials from nearby stores Finding entertainment Fundraising Planning the menu Our steering committee is hard at work on Hoyathon all year round so come join us at anytime.
