Prior to entering this website please contact the Army ROTC Scholarship & Enrollment
(S&E) office at 202-687-6943/7008 or at goldbar@georgetown.edu.
One of the helpful S&E Officers will provide you with program information, answer any questions you may
have, and then the S&E officer will ask a series of questions to determine eligibility and tentatively qualify
you for enrollment and/or scholarship. If they are not available leave a message and they will return your call as soon as possible.
Privacy Act Information
The Privacy Act requires that we notify you of other routine uses of the information we collect from you. You should
know that if you leave school, we might provide your name, address, and phone number to the U.S. Army Recruiting Command.
This is done because the Active Army, Army Reserve, and National Guard want and need intelligent young men and women. They
also have programs which might help you return to college. The transfer of information to the Recruiting Command means that
if you drop from school you may receive information in the mail or be called by an Army recruiter. You are under no
obligation to accept the mail or talk to the recruiter.
Completing the Online Application
Before you proceed, you need to know fairly specific information in order to alleviate having to finish the data entry
at a later time. Thus you should ensure that you have the following information prior to starting:
Academic information including SAT, ACT, and GRE scores, high school and college cumulative GPAs, and school addresses. Your medical history including any prescribed drugs for one time or current medical and learning conditions.
You will also be asked for your blood type. Next of kin and personal addresses and contact information. Specific prior military service information. If a box does not apply to you enter "N/A"
You must complete all 8 steps.
