Senior Parents' Weekend Registration
Instructions for Registration
1 - Registration: There is a mandatory registration fee to attend the weekend. Seniors are EXEMPT from this fee and should NOT be counted when deciding to register as an Individual, Couple, or a family. The fees are as follows:
Student ONLY ( 1 Student ) $0
Individual ( 1 Person ): $45
Couple ( 2 People ): $75
Family ( 3+ People ): $85
As of January 21st, there is a $15.00 Late Registration Fee added.
This fee includes admission to all of the 'NON-TICKETED' events including the faculty lectures, President's and Faculty welcome reception, the Career Seminar, Senior Mass, and the Farewell Brunch.
'Student ONLY' option is for senior students to register who would like to purchase tickets to Senior Auction, Cherry Tree Massacre and DC Pops, as well as the option of reserving a space in any events. However, the student will be LIMITED TO ONE TICKET per event, and the senior will receive student tickets to all events.
2 - Ticketed Events: Throughout the weekend, there are a number of ticketed events organized specifically for Senior Parents. You must purchase a ticket for each event you wish to attend from the list below. When purchasing tickets for these events in the Registration process, please INCLUDE YOUR SENIOR IN THE NUMBER OF TICKETS YOU BUY if they wish to attend the events.
Cherry Tree Massacre: Friday, February 8th at: 7:30pm in Gaston Hall. Each ticket is $12.
DC Pops Orchestra Concert: Saturday, February 9th at 2:00pm in Gaston Hall. Each ticket is $10.
Senior Auction XXVII: Seniors and their families are invited to a cocktail and hors d’oeuvres reception during silent auction followed by live auction (Black tie optional)

White Level - $45
Gold Level - $75
Blue Level - $100
(More expensive tickets are closer to the stage)
Seating Request
If you would like to be seated next to another family, please email your request to seniorauction@georgetown.edu. (You may only request to sit next to one family max.) For requests to be honored, both families must request each other, and both must purchase the same ticket level. Additionally, please note that the maximum table capacity is 12 guests, so not all requests may be possible.

Donation Form
If you are interested in donating to the senior auction, please review and fill out the Senior Auction Donation Form. All donations are requested by January 1st, 2008.
Please fill it out and email it to parentalumnidonations@gmail.com or send it to The Georgetown University Senior Class Auction Committee, 429 Leavey Center, Washington, DC, 20057.
Program Personal Ads
If you are interested in buying a personal ad in the auction program for your senior, please visit the Senior Auction Page and fill out the Program Ad form and return it to the Senior Class Committee.
3 - Non-Ticketed Events : These events are put on by the Senior Class Committee and are included in the registration fee. Please reserve your space in each event so that we can plan accordingly. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR SENIOR IN THE NUMBER OF SPACES YOU RESERVE. Event dates and times:
Faculty Lectures: Friday, February 8th at 1:00-4:10 pm (there will be four different lectures) in the Bunn Intercultural Center (ICC).
President's Welcome Reception: Friday, February 8th at 4:30 pm in the ICC Auditorium.
Career Seminar: Saturday, February 9th at 9:30 am.
Senior Mass: Sunday, February 10th at 11:00 am in Gaston Hall.
Farewell Brunch: Sunday, February 10th at 12:00 pm in Leo J. O'Donovan Dining Hall.
