Freshman Admissions Committee

The Freshman Admissions Committee works with the Office of Undergraduate Admissions to review applications to the School of Foreign Service.  Two student representatives meet with faculty and deans to determine which applicants are selected.  One alternate committee member is also selected.  Applicants to this committee must have completed two years in the SFS and have either junior or senior standing.  The Freshman Admissions committee reviews applications in the fall and the spring.  Applicants are warned that this committee demands a large amount of time and a reduced spring course load is highly recommended.
