Help for logging into the AAP Website
Please click on the appropriate link:
1) You can reset your NetID password online at the Alumni Association's hoyasonline website at https://limited.georgetown.edu/alum/claimid.wb?TYPE=R1. Please take steps to remember the new password!
2)You will also need to present this NetID form (available here: http://netid.georgetown.edu/loaform.html) with a photo ID card to the NetID Office before you can access to the AAP Website. You can do this by faxing it at 202-687-1162 or emailing a scanned picture of it to netidservices@georgetown.edu.
Requests are processed throughout the day, often within an hour. The NetID Office will email you a confirmation. If you don't receive an email from them, you can email them at netid@georgetown.edu. This second step is necessary to raise your NetID's level of assurance, a University Information Systems (UIS) requirement to access confidential services such as online transcripts and the AAP Website. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

Your NetID likely has a low level of assurance. This happens if you have ever changed your password online through the alumni website or--for only a couple of cases--if the NetID was created a very long time ago.
