Part II of the Georgetown On-line Application
Thank you for your interest in submitting the second part of your Georgetown On-line Application. Before attempting to submit the Application Part II on-line, please review the information listed below.
1. If you have not already completed the Personal Data Form to start an application record, you should submit this form immediately.
2. Since the on-line application does not require that you use a log-in and password, you MUST use your Georgetown Identification Number to link your Personal Data Form to the Application Part II in our system.
- If you submit the Personal Data Form on-line, an e-mail verification will be sent to you immediately with your Georgetown Identification Number.
- If you submit the Personal Data Form by mail, you will receive an e-mail verification with your Georgetown Identification Number once the application has been processed. Please note that processing may take up to two weeks.
3. Since you will not be able save the form, you will need to complete the Application Part II in one sitting. Thus, we recommend that you:

Complete your essays in some type of word processing program and copy and paste them into the spaces provided.

As you complete each page of the Application Part II, you should print a copy of the page to review and also for your records. If you submit the form without printing it first, we will not be able to provide you with a copy.

Supplemental Information
If you would like to provide supplemental information to the questions asked on the Application Part II, you should mark the envelope "Supplemental Application Information," include your name and address, and mail it to:
