Welcome Current Hoyas!

Talking to StudentsPromote Georgetown! Share your Hoya pride! Recruit new students! Share your Hilltop experience with prospective students! Check out the various activities GAAP does for prospective and admitted students!

If you are interested in one or more of the activities below, we’d love you to get involved! GAAP is open to all current undergraduate students, and we are always looking for new members. Stop by our office inside the Office of Undergraduate Admissions (White Gravenor 103) to fill out a membership form or contact the coordinator for each activity.

High School Visits

GAAP Presentation Are you interested in visiting your high school to talk to students interested in Georgetown? During breaks, you can make arrangements with the college counselors at your high school (or local high schools) to meet with students. GAAP will provide materials and discussion topics. If interested please contact Meghan Keneally (mk455@georgetown.edu) or Margaux McGrath (mrm99@georgetown.edu).

Online Chats

Are you interested in chatting with prospective and admitted students online? Throughout the fall and spring, GAAP facilitates online chats for prospective and admitted students based on home state or academic interest. It’s a great opportunity for them to hear from a current student about campus life and activities. If interested, please contact Kristine Cudahy (kmc86@georgetown.edu).

Admitted Student Phone Calling

Do you remember the phone call you received after being admitted to Georgetown? GAAP calls every admitted student to congratulate them as well as welcome them to the Hoya family. Phone calling is done for Early Action admitted students in December and for Regular Decision admitted students in late March. If interested, please contact Louis DiPaola (led44@georgetown.edu) or Justine Chen (jac266@georgetown.edu).
